Program Description

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive automated appointment reminders, reschedule confirmations, service updates, and customer service notifications from Fresh Frames LLC.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive text messages by:

  • Checking the opt-in box when booking an appointment online at freshframes.com

  • Providing verbal consent when booking by phone with our staff

  • Texting START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to our business number

Message Frequency

MESSAGE FREQUENCY VARIES.

You may receive approximately 2–4 messages per service appointment, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service completion notifications. Frequency depends on your service schedule and customer service interactions.

How to Opt Out

TO OPT OUT AND STOP RECEIVING MESSAGES, REPLY STOP TO ANY MESSAGE FROM US.

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Fresh Frames. You may continue to receive non-SMS communications such as email or phone calls unless you opt out of those separately.

To resume receiving messages after opting out, text START or contact us directly to re-enroll.
