Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about working with Fresh Frames. Still have a question? Just call us.
Do I need to be home for my appointment?
No — for most exterior work you don't need to be home at all. We'll confirm access details when we schedule, complete the job, and follow up. We can even send before-and-after photos on request.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your property size, the services you need, and access. That's why we provide a free, no-obligation estimate — call us or request one online and we'll give you a clear, upfront price.
What is the Spotless Promise?
If any part of a completed job isn't right, we'll come back and re-clean it within 72 hours, free. It's our guarantee that you're fully satisfied with the result.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Fresh Frames is fully licensed and insured, and our crews are trained and background-checked, so your property and our team are always protected.
What areas do you serve?
We cover both Florida coasts from two hubs — Boca Raton on the East Coast and Tampa on the West Coast — serving the surrounding cities and communities. Visit our Locations page to find your city, or just call us.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water for hard surfaces like concrete driveways. Soft washing uses low pressure plus specialized, biodegradable solutions to safely kill algae and mildew on delicate surfaces like stucco, painted siding, tile roofs, and screen enclosures — without damaging them.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most Florida homes look their best with a cleaning every 3–6 months, since salt air and humidity build up haze and algae quickly. We offer recurring plans at a discount to keep your glass clear year-round.
How often should gutters be cleaned in Florida?
At least twice a year — ideally before and after hurricane season. Homes under heavy tree cover may need clearing 3–4 times a year to prevent overflow and water damage.
Can you remove hard water stains and salt haze from my windows?
Yes. Cloudy film from salt air, sprinklers, or hard water is mineral buildup, and our hard-water restoration process removes it and brings the glass back to full clarity.
Do you offer commercial services?
Yes — we serve storefronts, offices, and commercial buildings with window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter care, scheduled around your business hours so there's no disruption.
