Estimates and services

Estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding until work is confirmed. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition, size, and accessibility of the property. We will communicate any material differences before performing work.

Spotless Promise

If any part of a completed job does not meet our standard, we will re-clean the affected area within 72 hours at no additional charge, provided you notify us within that window. This guarantee applies to the original scope of work.

Scheduling and access

For most exterior services you do not need to be present. You are responsible for providing safe access to the work areas and for securing pets and personal property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects disclosed or discovered during service.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring service plans may be billed on the agreed schedule.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are fully licensed and insured; any claims must be reported promptly so we can address them.
