Team Lead

Boca Raton and Miami. $200 to $600 a day. Hiring now.

Team Leads run a 2 to 3 person crew and own the job from arrival to walk-through: quality checks, customer walk-throughs, and the upsells at the door. You get paid on every one you close.

The pay

• $200 to $600 per day: a daily rate plus commission on every upsell your crew closes. Top team leads live at the high end. Paid biweekly.
• Full time, year-round.

What you get

• A company 2026 truck, fully stocked, for the job. You need your own car to get to the office.
• Training on our systems (water-fed pole, pure water, soft-wash, safety) and on how we run a job.
• A competitive shop: leaderboard, bonuses, and first pick of routes for the top crews.

What we need

• 1+ year in exterior cleaning, landscaping, roofing, or any trade where you led a crew.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, your own car to reach the office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in Miami.
