Exterior Cleaning Technician

Boca Raton and Miami. $200 to $600 a day. Hiring now.

Fresh Frames is a young, fast-growing Florida company: started in 2023, thousands of homes and businesses cleaned since, 4.9 stars on Google. We are building out our Boca Raton crews and opening Miami, and we hire on the spot.

The pay

• $200 to $600 per day: a daily rate plus commission on every upsell you close at the door (gutters, pressure washing, roof soft-wash, screens). Paid biweekly.
• Full time, year-round. Florida has no off-season.

What you get

• A company 2026 truck, fully stocked, for the job. You need your own car to get to the office.
• Real training: water-fed pole, pure-water systems, soft-wash, safety. Nobody is thrown in cold.
• A path up: Tech to Team Lead in months, not years, if you earn it.
• Internship credit for students. We sign off on hours.
• A competitive shop: leaderboard, bonuses, and the top crews get first pick of routes.

What we need

• Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and your own car to reach the office.
• Comfortable on ladders, outdoors, lifting 50 lb, in Florida weather.
• Reliable, on time, takes pride in the finished job. No experience needed; we train.
