We use a wet-scrape, corner-test protocol and remove installation residue without touching the seals.
When in the project should the window clean happen?+
Last — after painters, stucco, and flooring are done and the dust crew has been through. Cleaning glass while trades are still working means paying for it twice. We slot against your punch list so the glass is perfect for the final walk-through, appraisal photos, or listing shoot.
Can you provide a COI for the GC or the HOA?+
Yes — licensed Florida company, $1M general liability plus workers' comp, certificates delivered to your compliance platform or HOA before we arrive. Standard practice on every commercial and community job we run.
Is this a full construction clean-up service?+
No. We're window specialists — glass, frames, tracks, sills, sliders, and screens, inside and out. Floors and debris hauling belong to a janitorial crew; the glass belongs to us. On most projects we come in right after the dust crew as the finishing trade.
