Meet Seth: Our Co-Founder, CMO, and Forty-Foot-Ladder Problem-Solver

Walk into the foyer of a home in the Royal Palm neighborhood of Boca Raton and look up — really up. The window in front of you is nearly forty feet tall, an arched wall of French panes that floods the entire house with light. Now find the small silhouette near the top of the ladder, squeegee in hand, calmly working out every last spot. That’s Seth.

Seth is our CMO and one of the founders of Fresh Frames — and yes, he’s still the guy who climbs the forty-foot ladder when a window like this one needs doing right. The photo at the top of this post isn’t stock art or a staged shoot. It’s Seth, cleaning the inside of those towering French windows by hand, because the founders here still do the work.

The guy who actually talks to you

Here’s what you’ll learn about Seth within about thirty seconds of meeting him: the man loves people. He genuinely loves talking with homeowners — about the house, about the job, about the best taco spot in town — and he’s so good at it that, more than once, we’ve had to gently pull him out of a living room so the crew could get to the next job. He’s funny, he’s warm, and he treats every home like it belongs to a neighbor.

Your saving grace when something needs solving

Beyond the personality, Seth is the problem-solver of our company. A scheduling puzzle, a tricky surface, a question nobody else can quite crack — that’s where he comes alive. If anything ever comes up with your service, there’s a very good chance you’ll hear directly from Seth, and we promise you’ll be glad you did. He has a gift for turning a headache into a handshake, and he doesn’t consider a job finished until you’re genuinely happy.

That’s the part we’re proudest of. Plenty of companies hide their owners behind a phone tree. Ours is up a ladder cleaning your windows, then standing in your driveway making sure every pane is perfect — and probably telling you one more story before he heads out.
