Small Business, Big Standards: Our Fleet, Our Equipment, Our Pride
June 19, 2026

Pull up to a home in Boca Raton on any given morning and you can already tell a lot about a company before a single window gets touched — by the truck in the driveway, by how the equipment is stored, by whether the crew looks like a team or a coincidence. At Fresh Frames, we sweat those details on purpose, because professionalism is something you show, not something you say.
We are a small, locally owned business — not a franchise, not a call center routing your home to whoever happens to be closest. And instead of treating “small and local” as an excuse to cut corners, we treat it as the reason to hold a higher standard. When your name is on the truck, every single job is personal.
Craftsmanship you can see up close
The photo at the top of this post is our co-founder, Mikey, cleaning a window by hand on a ladder at a home right here in Boca. Look closely and you will notice the little things: the microfiber towel he is using to gently work out a stain, the soft towels wrapped around the ladder so it never marks the home, the careful lean instead of a rushed swipe. Nothing about it is staged — that is simply how we work.
Our pure-water poles and soft-wash systems do the heavy lifting on Florida’s salt-air haze and hard-water spotting, but the finish work — the edges, the corners, the stubborn spots — still comes down to a person who cares, a clean towel, and the patience to do it right. We never trade that craftsmanship for speed.
We invest in our fleet and equipment like a national brand

Here is something a lot of small companies quietly skip: the gear. A clean, well-maintained truck. Pure-water systems that let us safely reach second- and third-story glass from the ground — no ladders leaned against your home, no scratched frames, no risk. Soft-wash setups dialed in to lift algae and black streaks without ever blasting your roof tile or stucco. Carbon-fiber poles, deionization tanks, the works.
That equipment is a real investment for a business our size, and we make it anyway — because the right tools are the difference between glass that is “clean for now” and glass that dries spot-free and stays clear far longer. The result you get is only ever as good as the equipment and the hands behind it.
Why a local company holds itself to a higher standard
For a national chain, a bad job is a statistic. For a locally owned company with hundreds of five-star reviews from its own neighbors, a bad job is its reputation. We have built Fresh Frames almost entirely on word of mouth and repeat customers across South Florida, which means we cannot afford to phone in a single visit — and frankly, we would not want to. We take pride in the trucks that pull up, the people who step out of them, and the work we leave behind.
That is the whole idea behind our Spotless Promise: if anything is not perfect, we come back and make it right within 72 hours, no hassle. It is easy to stand behind your work when you have built everything around doing it right the first time.
If you are looking for a window cleaning, pressure washing, or gutter team that treats your home the way we would treat our own — and shows up looking the part — we would love to earn your trust.
